Cant save progress

How do I save my progress and how do I keep it saved? Everyday I take it to 10% saved of the game and I go back to it. Its all blanked out back to 0%. So annoying!
Please help.
Really like the game but if this persists I will have to ask for my money back.
Plus there no help desk or anyone I can contact about this in the game.
