Progress - 0.0% --Never saves progress from last game

Every time my son goes to play he goes to "load game" and all three of the options are at 0.0% every single time! It is very frustrating, especially after spending the money to unlock every level. If this is something we are doing wrong what in the world is it? If it is the app, it needs to be fixed immediately. Anyone else have this issue?
